Fish is one of the important foods that the body needs. There are many advantages to eat fish. In this essay I am going to tell you how to can fish.

First, the fish is delivered from the boat to factory where they are can the fish. Second, it is cleaned by hand and machine from the dirty. Then, it is washed by water. Next, salt is added to prevent the growth of micro-organisms. After that, the fish is washed again to clean the salt. Then, it is canned by good machine in the factory. Next, liquid is added to the can to save the fish from going bad. The liquid is made of oil and preservatives. After that, it is sterilized from any dirt. Finally, the can is stored in a fridge.

To conclude, the fish is ready to eat after these steps. These steps show you how we can food.
